Children (ages six years and up) as well as adults can participate in our riding program. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to learn. Lessons focus on combined training and dressage as well as hunt seat equitation. Safety issues are emphasized, and helmets are required. Each rider must have his or her own riding boots. Sanctuary Farm will provide all other equipment. Riders do not need to own a horse to ride at Sanctuary Farm! We have a wonderful group of school horses who are pampered and happy to do their jobs!
Sanctuary Farm takes pride in our school horses. We have a horse for every rider, from small ponies to 17 hand horses, and everything in between!
